Eleco releases Asta 2026.3 with built-in dashboards and Primavera P6 add-ins

Eleco has released Asta 2026.3 in the UK and Ireland, an update to its Asta Powerproject and Asta Vision planning software that builds project and portfolio dashboards into the product rather than relying on a separate business intelligence tool.

The company said on 21 October that the Autumn 2026 release had been shaped by customer feedback gathered through its User Group series, with the changes aimed at the visibility, reporting and programme control problems planning teams deal with day to day.

Alongside the new dashboard framework in Asta Vision, the release introduces native Primavera P6 interoperability add-ins, what Eleco calls intelligent baseline management, and improved access to historical programme data. It also moves Asta Powerproject onto a new licensing platform, which the company said supports long-term security and compliance continuity.

Gerry Kelliher, Managing Director, UK & Ireland, Eleco, said: "Construction organisations already hold significant amounts of valuable programme data, but the real opportunity is using that information to spot delays earlier, make better decisions and protect project profitability."

The dashboards

According to Eleco, the built-in dashboards give teams a view of programme reliability, schedule health and critical path performance. They can be configured around an organisation's existing Asta Vision and Asta Powerproject setup, and Asta Vision can now hold richer historical programme information so users can see how performance has changed over time.

The P6 add-ins are intended for organisations that run more than one planning tool. Eleco said P6 programme information can now be managed through Asta Vision's existing processes for reporting, governance and version management, so individual project teams can keep the planning tool they prefer while the wider business gets a consistent view of programme data.

Baseline management has also changed. Improved change detection means Asta Vision no longer creates a new baseline revision at every check-in; a revision is recorded only when the programme genuinely changes, giving planners a cleaner history of how a programme has evolved.

Other additions include delegated permissions, which let planners add existing projects without full administrator access, expanded API capabilities and webhook notifications for connecting to wider enterprise systems. Eleco's product pages describe the Asta Vision API as giving structured access to programme data from both Asta Vision and Asta Powerproject.

Kelliher said the release was an important step in Eleco's Connected Planning Intelligence strategy and that "customers can spend less time compiling reports, quickly identify projects falling behind and focus management attention where it matters most."

The product line

Asta 2026.3 follows Asta Powerproject 2026.1, which Eleco listed among its 2025 product releases for its enhanced 3D and 4D capabilities, and 2026.2, which Eleco's events page says offers improved integration options and performance gains. Eleco says Asta supports more than 100,000 professionals worldwide.

In September 2025 Eleco said several customers were seeking to implement Asta Vision. After the 2025 year end it bought Kivue Ltd, a UK provider of project portfolio management software as a service.

Eleco's 2025 results recorded Asta Powerproject winning Project Management Software of the Year at the UK Construction Computing Awards for the twelfth consecutive year.

The company

Eleco reported 2025 revenue of £38.8m, up 20% on £32.4m in 2024, and record annualised recurring revenue of about £35.5m at 30 June 2026. It had 316 employees across eight countries at 31 December 2025.

Year Revenue
2024 £32.4m
2025 £38.8m

The release arrives while Eleco is subject to a recommended cash offer from Accel-KKR, a private equity investor in mid-market software and technology-enabled services companies. The 235p-a-share offer, announced on 10 September 2026, values Eleco's fully diluted share capital at about £207.6m and implies an enterprise value of £192.4m.

In the offer announcement, the Eleco board said the company had transformed from a building products business into a specialist software provider for the built environment. The same announcement notes Eleco's software has been used on projects including The Shard and the V&A Museum in London.

As of 19 October 2026, irrevocable undertakings and letters of intent in support of the offer covered 38,871,969 shares, about 46.1% of Eleco's issued share capital.
